- 2 pounds of ground beef
- 1 pound of ground pork sausage
- 45 ounces spaghetti sauce I used Ragu
- 15 ounces Alfredo Sauce
- 16 ounces elbow macaroni noodles
Add the raw beef and pork to the slow cooker. Crumble the meat to break it up a little.
Next, add the spaghetti and Alfredo sauce to cover the meat and stir to coat.
Cook for seven hours on low or four hours on high.
After seven hours, take a wooden spoon and break up the meat a little before adding the noodles.
Add the noodles and stir until they are covered with liquid.
Replace the lid and cook another 30-45 minutes on low or 15-30 minutes on high or until the noodles are tender. Mix and serve.
You can use less beef if you don't want two pounds.
You can add frozen meat to the Crock Pot, but cook for the full seven hours and break up the meat before adding the noodles. If you are home, you can go in and break it up about three hours into the cooking. If not, you can do it when you return home.
