Ingredients

  • 3-4 pound beef chuck roast
  • 1 ounce packet of dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 ounce packet of dry au jus gravy seasoning
  • 8 Tablespoons butter
  • 5-6 pepperoncinis

Instructions

  • Spray the Crock Pot with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Add the chuck roast to the Crock Pot and sprinkle with the ranch and au jus seasoning packets.
  • Next, place the pepperoncinis on top of the meat.
  • Place the butter on top.
  • Close the lid and cook on low for eight hours. Once the cooking time is up, shred the meat and serve.
