The Best Crock Pot Ground Beef Stroganoff Recipe

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons minced and dried onion seasoning
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 10.5 ounce condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese cubed
- 16 ounces egg noodles cooked
Add the raw ground beef, onion seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper to a slow cooker.
Next, pour the beef broth in and add the cream of mushroom. Mix the ingredients.
Place the lid on top and cook the meat on low for seven hours.
After seven hours, remove the lid and chop up the meat. Add the sour cream and cubed cream cheese and stir.
Replace the lid and cook another hour on low.
After one hour, stir the ingredients again, making sure it is combined.
Serve the beef stroganoff over cooked noodles.
Cook the noodles according to the package directions.
Cutting the cream cheese into smaller pieces will help it melt faster.
Some people don't like cream of mushroom soup, so you can replace it with cream of chicken. It will taste a little different but still be delicious.
If your beef stroganoff is not thick enough, you can mix up a tablespoon of cornstarch and water and add it to the Crock Pot. But you will need to give it at least 30 minutes to thicken.
