Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup butter refrigerated or frozen
  • 1 cup half and half

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, add the self rising flour.
  • Next, shredd the butter over the flour and toss to combine.
  • Pour the half and half into the bowl and mix to combine. Do not over mix.
  • Scoop the biscuits with a cookie scoop onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

You can use half and half, milk, or buttermilk for the recipe.
It should take less than one minute to mix the three ingredients, so be sure to not over mix.
You can scoop out the dough or roll it out and slice it.
