Snickerdoodle Bars
Snickerdoodle bars might just be one of the best desserts I have ever eaten. They are a chewy soft cookie bar that is out of this world.

Ingredients
Cookie Bar Dough

cup
butter
1 stick, melted
1
egg
1/2
cup
sugar
1/3
cup
light brown sugar
packed
1-1/2
tsp.
vanilla extract
1
cup
all-purpose flour
1/4
tsp.
salt
Topping
1/4
cup
sugar
2
tsp.
ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
Grease 8" x 8" casserole dish with non-stick spray. Line with parchment paper and spray again.
Cookie Bar Dough
Melt the butter and set aside.
In another bowl, add the egg, white and brown sugars and mix.
Pour in the butter and mix well.
Add the flour, salt, and vanilla extract and mix well.
Press into the casserole dish.
Topping
In a small dish add the sugar and ground cinnamon and mix.
Sprinkle over the top of the dough.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
