Ingredients

  • 1 pound of baby red potatoes diced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 ounce package of dry ranch seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • Wash and towel dry the potatoes. Then, slice the baby red potatoes. Place potatoes into a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour the olive oil over the potatoes and toss until coated.
  • Sprinkle the ranch dressing over the potatoes. Toss potatoes in the seasoning.
  • Place potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
  • After 12 minutes, open the basket, toss the potatoes, and cook another five minutes.
  • Serve.
