- 1 pound of baby red potatoes diced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 ounce package of dry ranch seasoning
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
Wash and towel dry the potatoes. Then, slice the baby red potatoes. Place potatoes into a large mixing bowl.
Pour the olive oil over the potatoes and toss until coated.
Sprinkle the ranch dressing over the potatoes. Toss potatoes in the seasoning.
Place potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
After 12 minutes, open the basket, toss the potatoes, and cook another five minutes.
Serve.
