- 2 pounds ground beef uncooked
- 1 Tablespoon minced onion
- 1 cup ketchup
- ⅓ cup mustard
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Worcesterhire sauce
- pinch salt optional
- pinch ground black pepper optional
Add the raw ground beef to the slow cooker and break it up some.
Next, add the minced onion, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper and mix everything well.
Place the lid on top of the slow cooker and cook on the low temperature setting for 8 hours.
Stir and serve on buns.
If you want to cook for a shorter time, add cooked ground beef instead of raw. Cook on the high setting for four hours.
I didn’t have any grease in my Crock Pot after cooking. If you do have a little extra grease after cooking, you can take a turkey baster and squeeze some of it out.
