Slow Cooker BBQ Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 5-6 thick cut boneless pork chops
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce your favorite
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Add a small amount of barbecue sauce to the bottom of the slow cooker to keep the pork from sticking.
  • Next, add three of the pork chops along the bottom.
  • In a small bowl, add the apple cider vinegar, barbecue sauce, garlic and onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
  • Pour half over the pork chops.
  • Place the other three pork chops on top and pour the rest of the sauce on the chops.
  • Close the lid and cook on low heat for 8 hours or until the pork chops are tender.

You can use bone-in pork chops, but be sure to pull out the bones before eating.
