Ingredients

thick cut boneless pork chops
1/4
cup
apple cider vinegar
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
onion powder
1
teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper

barbecue sauce
your favorite

tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Add a small amount of barbecue sauce to the bottom of the slow cooker to keep the pork from sticking.
Next, add three of the pork chops along the bottom.
In a small bowl, add the apple cider vinegar, barbecue sauce, garlic and onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
Pour half over the pork chops.
Place the other three pork chops on top and pour the rest of the sauce on the chops.
Close the lid and cook on low heat for 8 hours or until the pork chops are tender.

You can use bone-in pork chops, but be sure to pull out the bones before eating.
