- 2 pounds baby golden potatoes
- 1 ounce packet Ranch seasoning mix
- 3 tablespoons softened butter
- ⅓ cup parmesan cheese
Add the potatoes, butter, and ranch seasoning to the slow cooker and toss to coat.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook for 3.5 to 4 hours on low or 2.5 to 3 hours on high. Stir occasionally with a spatula to make sure the butter and ranch seasoning don't stick to the bottom.
When the cooking time is complete, add parmesan cheese to garnish. Serve immediately.
- Be sure to purchase Ranch seasoning mix and not dip mix.
- Be sure you can easily pierce the potatoes with a fork before removing them from the heat. If you cannot, continue cooking in 30-minute increments until you can.
- You can cut some potatoes in half and leave some whole for this recipe.
