Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby golden potatoes
  • 1 ounce packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • 3 tablespoons softened butter
  • cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Add the potatoes, butter, and ranch seasoning to the slow cooker and toss to coat.
  • Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook for 3.5 to 4 hours on low or 2.5 to 3 hours on high. Stir occasionally with a spatula to make sure the butter and ranch seasoning don't stick to the bottom.
  • When the cooking time is complete, add parmesan cheese to garnish. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Be sure to purchase Ranch seasoning mix and not dip mix.
  • Be sure you can easily pierce the potatoes with a fork before removing them from the heat. If you cannot, continue cooking in 30-minute increments until you can.
  • You can cut some potatoes in half and leave some whole for this recipe.
