Pork Chops In the Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized bowl, add the dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and buttermilk and mix well. Set the bowl aside.
  • In another medium-sized bowl, add the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper and mix together.
  • Dip the pork chop into the buttermilk mixture, making sure you cover the entire piece.
  • Next, dip the pork chop into the breadcrumb mixture, coating the entire piece.
  • Place the pork chops into the air fryer and air fry for 10 to 15 minutes on each side, on 360-degrees, making sure to turn the pork chops at least once.
  • When the temperature of the pork chop reaches between 145 and 160-degrees, they are ready to eat!
