Ingredients
4bone-in pork chops
1Tablespoondijon mustard
1Tablespoonmayonnaise
1/2cupbuttermilk
1cupPanko breadcrumbs
1/2cupparmesan cheese
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
In a medium-sized bowl, add the dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and buttermilk and mix well. Set the bowl aside.
In another medium-sized bowl, add the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper and mix together.
Dip the pork chop into the buttermilk mixture, making sure you cover the entire piece.
Next, dip the pork chop into the breadcrumb mixture, coating the entire piece.
Place the pork chops into the air fryer and air fry for 10 to 15 minutes on each side, on 360-degrees, making sure to turn the pork chops at least once.
When the temperature of the pork chop reaches between 145 and 160-degrees, they are ready to eat!
