- 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of flaky sea salt optional
Start by lining your 9 x 9-inch baking dish with some parchment paper.
In a saucepan, gently melt the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over a medium to low flame.
Once it's all melted and smooth, take it off the heat and mix in your vanilla extract.
