Peanut Butter and Chocolate Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 - 13.5 oz. can coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 6 Tbsp. chocolate syrup

Instructions

  • Mix the coconut milk, peanut butter, and honey in a mixing bowl with a whisk.
  • Pour into the molds and place in the freezer for approx. 45 minutes. (Do not add the handles yet).
  • Remove from the freezer and pour a tablespoon of the chocolate into each popsicle mold.
  • Add the handles to the molds and place back in the freezer.
  • Freeze overnight.
  • Enjoy!
