- 1 cup butter melted (2 sticks)
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1-1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. flour for tossing chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
Sift the flour, cocoa, and salt into a medium-sized bowl and set aside.
Add the melted butter and sugar to a large bowl and mix together.
Add the vanilla and the eggs, one at a time, while mixing.
Add the flour mixture and mix together.
Add the chocolate chips to a small bowl with the tablespoon of flour. Toss.
Add the chocolate chips to the mixture and mix well.
Pour into the greased casserole dish, spread out, and bake for 35 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
