Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons of butter
  • 2 15.25 ounce cans of whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon of dill
  • Pinch of sugar optional
  • Pinch of parsley to sprinkle on top when done cooking

Instructions

  • Drain the liquid from the canned corn.
  • Pour the corn onto a paper towel and dry.
  • Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt on medium to medium-high.
  • Add the corn, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, thyme, dill, and sugar, and mix well.
  • Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until the corn is crunchy.
