- 2 Tablespoons of butter
- 2 15.25 ounce cans of whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon of dill
- Pinch of sugar optional
- Pinch of parsley to sprinkle on top when done cooking
Drain the liquid from the canned corn.
Pour the corn onto a paper towel and dry.
Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt on medium to medium-high.
Add the corn, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, thyme, dill, and sugar, and mix well.
