Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed Nilla Wafers or graham crackers
  • 1-1/2 sticks butter melted
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1-1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Grease an 8" x 8" baking dish.
  • Crush the Nilla Wafers (or graham crackers) in a large Ziplock bag. Pour into 8" x 8" baking dish.
  • Pour the melted butter over the crushed Nilla Wafers and mix. Press the Nilla Wafers into the bottom of the greased dish.
  • Sprinkle the coconut and pecans over the Nilla Wafers.
  • Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the entire dessert.
  • Top with chocolate chips and peanut butter chips.
  • Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Cool and cut.

Notes

If you use graham crackers, you will need about 10 crackers crushed up to equal two cups, or half a box of Nilla Wafers.
The dessert will take several hours to cool and set up completely.
