Ground Beef and Rice Casserole

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 ounce packet of onion soup and dip mix
- 10.5 ounce can of cream of condensed chicken soup
- 10.5 ounce can of cream of condensed cheese soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1½ cups instant rice
- 1 cup chicken or beef broth
- 2½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Add the ground beef and onion soup mix to a large skillet and brown on medium heat. Drain the grease.
Next, add the can of soups and sour cream and mix.
Pour the broth into the skillet.
Add the rice and 2 cups of shredded cheese and mix everything well.
Pour the beef mixture into the greased baking dish and top with the remainder of the shredded cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake another 10-15 minutes.
