Stuffed bell peppers are an easy recipe to make with the combination of sausage, shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo creating a tasty dish.

Ingredients
4bell peppers
1cupcooked and crumbled sausage
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
8ouncescream cheesesoftened
1/4cupsour cream
1/4cupmayonnaise
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400-degrees.
Cover a cookie sheet with tin foil.
Rinse off the bell peppers and slice off the tops. Clean the seeds out of the peppers and scrape out the membranes.
In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Add half of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Next, add the sausage and mix well.
Stuff the peppers and place them on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the peppers, sprinkle the remainder of the cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and browned.
