Pre heat oven to 350-degrees.
(Optional step) - Place 9-inch by 5-inch loaf pan into the oven, to heat up, while preparing the meatloaf.
Grab a large mixing bowl and add the egg and beat it.
Next, add the ketchup, evaporated milk, mustard, onions, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
Add the oatmeal to the bowl and mix.
Finally, add the ground beef to the mixture and mix well with your hands until combined.
Take the loaf pan out of the oven, spray with non-stick spray, and carefully press the oatmeal meatloaf mixture into the pan and return to the oven. (The pan will be VERY hot, so make sure you don't burn yourself).
Cook for one hour.
After one hour, remove the pan from the oven and make a few small slits in the top of the meatloaf with a knife.
In a small bowl, mix the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar and spread over the top of the meatloaf. Use a spatula or knife to get the sauce down into some of the crevices you cut.
Return to the oven and cook for another 45-minutes.
When the meatloaf is done cooking, take it out of the oven and let it rest for 15-minutes before slicing.
