Ingredients
2poundsof ground beef
1Tablespoonof minced garlic
1/2white oniondiced
10-ouncecan of Rotel with diced tomatoes and green chilies
14.5-ouncecan of diced tomatoes with the liquid
6-ouncecan of tomato paste
16ouncesof beef or chicken broth
8ouncesof tomato sauce
1Tablespoonof Italian seasoning
1/2teaspoonof paprika
1/2teaspoonof chili powder
1teaspoonof salt
1teaspoonof ground pepper
1-2cupsof water
Instructions
Add two pounds of ground beef, diced onions, and minced garlic to a large saucepan and cook on medium heat until the meat is brown. Drain the grease.
Next, add the tomato paste to the broth and dissolve it. Pour it into the saucepan.
Add the Rotel, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and seasonings and mix well.
Pour in some water if the chili is too thick. Stir and bring to a boil.
Once the chili comes to a boil, replace the lid and turn on simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

This can be made in the Crock Pot. Just cook the beef first and add it to the Crock Pot, along with all of the other ingredients and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours.
