Ingredients
2 3/4cupssemi-sweet chocolate chips
14ouncecan sweetened condensed milk
2Tablespoonsheavy cream
4Tablespoonsbutter
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Sprinkles - optional
Instructions
Line an 8-inch by 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Add the butter, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk to a medium saucepan on medium heat. Cook until the butter is melted, stirring occasionally.
Next, add the chocolate chips and vanilla extract to the saucepan and cook until melted. Stir occasionally.
Pour the chocolate fudge into the 8-inch by 8-inch dish and add the sprinkles on top.
Refrigerate for at least three hours. (If you stick the hot pan into the refrigerator, make sure you have a hot pad or something underneath so it won't break your refrigerator shelf).

If the fudge is still gooey after three hours, place it back in the refrigerator for at least two more hours. Once the fudge sets up you can lift out the parchment paper and cut it easily with a sharp knife.
