Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate melted
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375-degrees.
  • Add the eggs to a mixing bowl and lightly beat.
  • Add the sugar and mix together.
  • Add the oil and mix.
  • Melt the chocolate in a small bowl in the microwave and add it to the mixing bowl.
  • Add the baking powder and vanilla and mix well.
  • Add the flour, a little bit at a time. Mix everything together.
  • Cool for one hour in the refrigerator.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls and cover with powdered sugar.
  • Bake for approximately 10 -12 minutes.
  • Cool and eat!
