- 3 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate melted
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Preheat the oven to 375-degrees.
Add the eggs to a mixing bowl and lightly beat.
Add the sugar and mix together.
Add the oil and mix.
Melt the chocolate in a small bowl in the microwave and add it to the mixing bowl.
Add the baking powder and vanilla and mix well.
Add the flour, a little bit at a time. Mix everything together.
Cool for one hour in the refrigerator.
Roll into 1-inch balls and cover with powdered sugar.
Bake for approximately 10 -12 minutes.
Cool and eat!
