Ingredients

Crust

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1-3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup butter melted

Filling

  • 1-14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Topping

  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans chopped optional

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350-degrees

    Crust

    • Melt butter in a medium sized bowl.
    • Add flour, sugar, and cocoa. Mix well.
    • Spray 9" x 9" pan with non-stick spray.
    • Press crust mix into the pan.
    • Bake for 15 minutes.

    Filling

    • Combine sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and chocolate chips.
    • Melt over medium heat.
    • Pour over cooked crust.

    Topping

    • Sprinkle chocolate chips on top (and nuts if you're adding them).
    • Bake for 25 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
    • Cool and enjoy!
