Crust
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1-3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 cup butter melted
Filling
- 1-14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Topping
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans chopped optional
Preheat oven to 350-degrees
Crust
Melt butter in a medium sized bowl.
Add flour, sugar, and cocoa. Mix well.
Spray 9" x 9" pan with non-stick spray.
Press crust mix into the pan.
Bake for 15 minutes.
