Crock Pot Southern Smothered Chicken That Falls Apart

- 2 pounds chicken thighs bone-in or boneless (I used boneless)
- 10.5 ounce condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 ounce onion soup mix packet
- 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Add the chicken thighs to the Crock Pot.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix and minced garlic over the top.
Spread the soup on top and add the chicken broth to the Crock Pot.
Place the lid on top and cook for 7-8 hours on the low temperature setting until the chicken is fork tender and the gravy is bubbling.
