Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 ounce packet taco seasoning
  • 16 ounce jar salsa
  • 15.25 ounce can corn drained
  • 15.25 ounce can black beans undrained

Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle the taco seasoning evenly over the chicken breasts.
  • Top with the drained corn and undrained black beans.
  • Pour the salsa over everything.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours, until the chicken is fork-tender. Shred the chicken in the slow cooker before serving.
