Ingredients
4boneless chicken breasts
1/2cupchicken broth or water
1/2cupmilk
1/2cuplemon juice
1tsp.minced garlic
1tsp.dried minced onion
1/2stick buttercubed (4 Tbsp.)
1tsp.salt
1/2tsp.pepper
2Tbsp.cornstarch
1/2cupwater to mix with cornstarch
Instructions
Add the chicken to a greased Crock Pot.
Next, pour in the chicken broth, milk, and lemon juice.
Add the minced garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and cubed butter, and cover with a lid.
Cook on low for seven hours.
Remove lid and mix the cornstarch with the 1/2 cup of water. Pour over chicken. Shred the chicken and replace cover.
Cook for 30 more minutes. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
