- 3 pounds Pork butt boneless
- 18 ounces Sweet BBQ sauce
- 12 ounces Root beer
- 10 ounces sweet BBQ sauce optional for topping
Add the pork butt to the slow cooker. Pour the root beer over the pork.
Pour the BBQ sauce over the pork and close the lid. Cook on the low heat setting for nine hours.
Drain the liquid and shred the pork.
