Creamy Crock Pot Hamburger Soup With Ro-Tel
Ground beef, cream cheese, sweet corn, and a can of Ro-Tel simmer away in the Crock Pot into a rich, old-fashioned soup with a little kick from the chilies. My two hungry kids inhale it, so it's my go-to budget-friendly, dump-and-go meal that makes plenty for leftovers.
