Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce block of cream cheese softened
  • cup of sour cream
  • 2 stalks green onion chopped
  • cup chopped pecans
  • 10 ounce can whole cranberry sauce

Instructions

  • Add cream cheese, sour cream, green onion, and half of the pecans to a medium mixing bowl.
  • Mix with a hand mixer until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. 
  • Pour mixture into a serving dish and top with cranberry sauce. 
  • Add remaining chopped pecans on top and chill until ready to serve. 

Notes

  • A quick and easy appetizer for the holidays or game days.
  • It is best served chilled with Ritz Crackers. 
  • When chopping the green onion, use all except the ends of the stalk.
