This Chocolate Marble Cake Bar Recipe is so easy and quick to make. The kids loved it and asked for more than one serving. It only takes about 10 minutes to prepare and 30 minutes to bake.

Ingredients

  • 15.25 oz. chocolate cake mix
  • Add the ingredients listed on the back of the box
  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips divided

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350-degrees

  • Prepare the cake mix according to the directions.
  • Pour into a greased jelly roll pan and set aside.
  • Add the cream cheese and sugar to a bowl and mix together.
  • Add 1/4 cup of chocolate chips to the batter and fold in.
  • Scatter spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture on the cake. Take a knife and run it through the cream cheese and create the marbling effect.
  • Sprinkle the remainder of the chocolate chips on top of the cake bars.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
