6-Hour Crock Pot Poor Man’s Steaks with Mushroom Gravy

Thick beef patties simmer all day in a creamy mushroom gravy until they're fork-tender and soaking up every bit of that rich sauce. It's budget-friendly and dump-and-go. Just serve it over mashed potatoes for a stick-to-your-ribs meal that my two teenagers never complain about.
