Ingredients

  • 4 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 16 ounce jar of pepperoncinis drain the juice
  • 1 ounce packet of onion soup mix
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley optional

Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Next, mix the chicken broth, onion soup, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Then, pour it over the chicken.
  • Top with the pepperoncinis.
  • Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  • After cooking, shred the chicken and stir until the chicken is coated with the sauce.
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
