Air Fryer Salmon Patties | Exclusive Recipe

Servings: 4 patties
Ingredients:
- (1) 14.75 oz can of salmon, drained
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup yellow onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional,garnish)
Instructions:
- After draining the salmon, make sure that all skin and bones are removed and add to mixing bowl.
- Add all other ingredients (except parsley) to the mixing bowl and combine with a fork until all ingredients are mixed well.
- Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees.
- Divide the salmon mixture into four parts and roll into balls with hands. Flatten into patties about ½ inch thick and set aside on a plate.
- When air fryer is heated, lightly coat the basket with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add patties into the air fryer and cook for 8 minutes or until browned.
- Remove from air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes:
- Serve warm.
- Nice flavor combination with only a slight fish flavor.
- Cooking in the air fryer makes the outside nice and crispy.
