Air Fryer Salmon Patties | Exclusive Recipe

Servings: 4 patties


  • (1) 14.75 oz can of salmon, drained
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup yellow onion, finely chopped 
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional,garnish)


  • After draining the salmon, make sure that all skin and bones are removed and add to mixing bowl. 
  • Add all other ingredients (except parsley) to the mixing bowl and combine with a fork until all ingredients are mixed well. 
  • Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees. 
  • Divide the salmon mixture into four parts and roll into balls with hands. Flatten into patties about ½ inch thick and set aside on a plate. 
  • When air fryer is heated, lightly coat the basket with non-stick cooking spray.  
  • Add patties into the air fryer and cook for 8 minutes or until browned. 
  • Remove from air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley.


  • Serve warm.
  • Nice flavor combination with only a slight fish flavor.
  • Cooking in the air fryer makes the outside nice and crispy.
