Sponsor Crocktober 2026 (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Julie Pollitt, Back To My Southern Roots, P.O. Box 16111, Clearwater, FL 33776 (the “Sponsor”). 2. Promotion Period The Promotion begins October 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time and ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion. 3. Eligibility Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. Void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. 4. How To Enter Online entry During the Promotion Period, visit backtomysouthernroots.com/crocktober and complete the entry form with your name and email address. A daily entry code is required. A new code is published at the bottom of each day’s recipe post on backtomysouthernroots.com during the Promotion Period. Enter that code on the entry form to complete your entry. You may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period. Entries are limited to three (3) unique entrants per IP address. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or any automated means are void. Bonus entries After entering, you may complete optional bonus actions for additional entries into the Crock Pot Drawings described in Section 6. Bonus actions and their values are shown on the entry page and may include referring friends, uploading a photo, following Sponsor’s social media accounts, and subscribing to Sponsor’s YouTube channel. Bonus actions are optional and are not required to enter or win. Free alternate method of entry To enter without completing the online entry form, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, date of birth and the words “Crocktober 2026″ on a plain 3″ x 5” card and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope with proper postage to: Crocktober 2026 P.O. Box 16111 Clearwater, FL 33776 Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2026 and received by November 7, 2026. Mail-in entries are entered into the Crock Pot Drawings only and are not eligible for Instant Win Prizes, which are awarded in real time. Mechanically reproduced entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, postage-due or misdirected mail. 5. Instant Win Prizes Sponsor has pre-selected three hundred ten (310) randomly generated winning moments during the Promotion Period. The first eligible entry received at or after a winning moment wins the prize associated with that moment. If no entry is received at or after a winning moment before the end of the Promotion Period, that prize will not be awarded. ARV $4.99 each. Total ARV of all Instant Win Prizes: $1,701.90. Instant Win Prize winners are notified on screen at the time of entry and by email to the address provided at entry. The prize is delivered as a download link in that email. Limit one (1) Instant Win Prize per person for the entire Promotion Period. 6. Crock Pot Drawings Five (5) random drawings will be held from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or about the following dates: Saturday, October 3, 2026; Saturday, October 10, 2026; Saturday, October 17, 2026; Saturday, October 24, 2026; and Saturday, October 31, 2026. Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor and announced on Sponsor’s Facebook page. Entries accumulate throughout the Promotion Period. All entries received before a given drawing are eligible for that drawing and for every drawing that follows, except that a person who has already won a Crock Pot Drawing is not eligible to win a second one. Bonus entries earned under Section 4 increase the number of entries a participant has in each drawing and therefore increase that participant’s chances of winning. Each Crock Pot Drawing prize is one (1) Hamilton Beach 6-Quart 9-in-1 Programmable Slow Cooker, model 33604, black. ARV $126.99 each. Total ARV of all five (5) Crock Pot Drawing prizes: $634.95. Total ARV of all prizes in the Promotion: $2,336.85. 7. Odds Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received and the time at which each entry is received relative to the randomly generated winning moments. Odds of winning a Crock Pot Drawing depend on the total number of eligible entries received prior to that drawing. 8. Winner Notification and Claim Instant Win Prize winners receive their prize by email immediately upon winning. It is the entrant’s responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check spam and promotions folders. Crock Pot Drawing winners will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within two (2) business days of the drawing. A winner must respond with a valid U.S. shipping address within five (5) days of the date the notification is sent. If a winner does not respond within that time, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, that winner forfeits the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries. 9. Prize Conditions Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. Prizes will be shipped only to addresses within the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes lost, damaged or delayed in shipping. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release before a prize is awarded. 10. General Conditions By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, or that fail to be received for any reason, or for any technical malfunction, human error, interruption, deletion, defect, or failure of any network, computer, telephone or online system. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if fraud, a technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. By accepting a prize, a winner grants Sponsor permission to use that winner’s first name, last initial and city and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Promotion or from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. 12. Governing Law These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
